    SOAK RITUAL 101

    🛁✨ How to Use Your Soak Bath Box

    Welcome to your ritual. Each Soak Bath Box is lovingly curated to help you release, realign, and restore—mind, body, and soul. Follow these steps to create your sacred self-care experience each month:

    🛀 1. Draw Your Ritual Bath

    You’ll need: your Herbal Bath Bag, a tub of warm water, and your presence.

    • Fill your tub with warm water.

    • Drop your herbal bath bag directly into the bath like a tea bag. Let it steep and infuse the water with healing herbs, salts, and botanicals.

    • Set the tone: dim the lights, play calming music, light a candle, or take a few deep breaths to ground yourself.

    Soak for 20–30 minutes, allowing the herbal blend to relax your muscles, release tension, and energetically cleanse.

    🍵 2. Brew Your Healing Tea Blend

    Sip as you soak or unwind after.

    • Place 1–2 tsp of your herbal tea blend into your glass infuser bottle (or a tea ball/strainer).

    • Pour hot water over the herbs and steep for 5–7 minutes.

    • Sip slowly. Let each sip remind you to slow down and receive nourishment.

    📓 3. Journal & Reflect

    Use your included journal or reflection prompts to deepen your self-connection.

    • Journal freely or respond to the guided prompts inside.

    • Release what no longer serves you and anchor into what you’re calling in.

    • Use your affirmation card as a focus—speak it aloud or silently during your ritual.
